Paul C. Berner Wildfire Lawyer

Paul’s focus has been on power line fire cases since 2009 when he began working with Tom Tosdal and Michael Feinberg of Camp Fire Trial Lawyers on the 2007 San Diego Fire cases.  Paul has worked with Tom and Michael on a number of power line fire cases in both California and New Mexico, representing hundreds of damaged and injured victims of those fires and helping those victims identify, quantify and recover their losses. Paul is pleased to continue this effort and assist those impacted by the Camp Fire.
