The compromised information included, Social Security numbers, date of birth, and more.
The Healthcare Data Breach Report posted by www.calhipaa.com called the 20/20 Eye Care Network data breach, the biggest healthcare breach of April 2021. Becker’s Health IT reported that hackers deleted the files from the company network after accessing them.
