Update: Plaintiffs Request Cease Order on Tesla Autopilot Features and Marketing

Plaintiffs in the Tesla Autopilot litigation have requested that the Judge order CEO Elon Musk to deactivate Self-Driving technology in all Tesla vehicles, and to refrain from any related messaging pertaining to the capabilities of this feature. The buyers asked the judge to keep the ban in place until the company is able to address all issues regarding their Self-driving technology, and deliver on promises made by their marketing.

The plaintiffs are represented by CaseyGerry attorneys David S. Casey, Jr., Gayle M. Blatt, Jeremy K. Robinson, P. Camille Guerra and Michael Morphew, and other law firms.
