Elizabeth Carazolez is a seasoned executive specializing in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning. With over a decade of experience in leading legal and corporate teams, she excels in optimizing organizational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Currently serving as Director of Management at CaseyGerry, Elizabeth oversees a team of 55 and oversees all aspects of firm operations, including human resources, financial management, marketing, business development, client risk management, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations.

Previously, Elizabeth held the role of Director of Operations of a large family law firm where she was responsible for overseeing the firm’s logistics, human resources, and marketing management. Prior to getting into management, she was a Senior Litigation Paralegal managing complex family law cases such as contempt, domestic violence restraining orders, community property disputes and bifurcated judgments.  Her background also includes a strong foundation in legal compliance, having served as a Compliance Officer in the finance sector for many years.

Proud of her Mexican heritage and the first generation in her family to attend college, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego. She is also certified in Mediation from the University of Bologna and Anti-Money Laundering Certification from the International Money Transfer Association.

Her professional memberships include the Association of Legal Administrators, SHRM, and the San Diego County Bar Association, among others. As well as serving as the Executive Director of the San Diego Family Law Bar association, helping bridge communication between the judiciary bench and the legal community.

Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth is a devoted mother and places immense value on family. She strives to balance her career with the joys and responsibilities of motherhood, reflecting the same commitment and care she brings to her role at CaseyGerry.
