New York Times Reports on CaseyGerry Client, Richard Perry and His Road to Recovery

CaseyGerry client Richard Perry, former professional wrestler is finding hope after a devastating injury cut his dreams short.

The New York Times covers his story of perseverance in the face of tragedy. Nearly five years ago, Perry was injured during a combat training camp organized by the National Wrestling Federation and the US Government. During an exercise with batons, Perry sustained a blow to the eye that resulted in brain injury. The injury could have been avoided if he was provided with the proper safety gear.

CaseyGerry filed a lawsuit on behalf of Perry and won what is the largest settlement in the history of the Southern California courts.
