CaseyGerry Investigates Allegations of Real Estate Fraud by LeFever Mattson: Legal Recourse for Defrauded Investors

CaseyGerry is investigating allegations of real estate fraud on behalf of investors who may have been deceived by LeFever Mattson, a real estate company owned by Timothy LeFever and Kenneth Mattson.

The company is facing litigation for fraud and financial wrongdoing, as many investors are left without their life savings.

LeFever Mattson is one of the biggest and most active real estate investors and developers in Sonoma County, with over 100 properties, including residential and commercial properties.

FRAUD ALLEGATIONS

Investors may have been defrauded out of their life savings by California Real Estate Investment and Development Company, LeFever Mattson, and associated companies. Concerning reports arose when investors requested to withdraw their investments, at which time the company did not provide a timely status of their investments. In addition, one of the partners, Timothy LeFever, informed investors that they had been defrauded by Kenneth Mattson, who had allegedly moved investors’ money to his private accounts.
