Jillian F. Hayes Featured in SD Metro’s 40 Under 40

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Oct. 2020) — CaseyGerry attorney Jillian F. Hayes has been recognized as among SD Metro’s top “40 under 40” in the magazine’s 21st annual roundup of outstanding young professionals.

According to SD Metro, since the awards began in 1999, the longtime business magazine has recognized 840 young San Diegans for their accomplishments.

A rising young litigation attorney, Hayes is on the legal team – with firm partners Jeremy K. Robinson and Thomas D. Luneau – which recently achieved a precedent setting ruling against Amazon in the San Diego Appeals Court, holding the online retail giant liable for defective products sold on its virtual marketplace. Since joining CaseyGerry in October of 2015, she has successfully arbitrated and litigated numerous high-profile cases, receiving multiple seven figure verdicts for her clients. She is currently working on a variety of cutting-edge cases – which in addition to the litigation against Amazon include several sexual assault and invasion of privacy cases.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Active in the community, she is the current President of the La Jolla chapter of Business Network International.
