CaseyGerry has filed lawsuit on behalf of the family of baseball icon and Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn. The lawsuit – filed in San Diego Superior Court – is seeking to hold the tobacco industry accountable for Gwynn’s death from salivary gland cancer when he was just 54. Gwynn – who spent his entire career with the San Diego Padres – was a user of smokeless tobacco for over 30 years.
