DNA Diagnostics Center Inc., a DNA and paternity test provider has reported a data breach which may have affected over two million people.
In a company press release, DNA Diagnostics reported that an unauthorized party may have accessed their archived database which contained personal data such as Social Security numbers and payment information from 2004 to 2012. The company’s investigation revealed that the information may have been compromised and data removed sometime between May and July of 2021.
The company recently began mailing notifications to those potentially affected.
