He joins a talented team of lawyers working under lead counsel Elizabeth Cabraser, and is the only San Diego attorney selected to serve on the 22-member committee – which will help “broker a resolution between Volkswagen and thousands of consumers who say they were duped into buying pollutant-spewing vehicles,” according to a recent story in the Wall Street Journal.
