Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) has expanded its Water Leak Assistance Program to offer relief to both residential and commercial customers impacted by the Eaton Fire. Those who qualify may receive a maximum bill credit of $5,000, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The property must be located within a mandatory or voluntary evacuation area designated for the Eaton Fire.
  • The excessive water use must have occurred on January 7 or within the 30-day period following, up until February 6.
  • Assistance is limited to a one-time adjustment per metered account.
  • Customers who have previously received water leak assistance may still qualify under the Eaton Fire relief guidelines.
  • Applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis until the available funds are fully allocated.
