The City of Pasadena, in collaboration with LA County, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Caltrans, and nearby jurisdictions, has identified designated haul routes for the Phase 2 Fire Debris Removal Program. The established routes, highlighted in the attached map, are as follows:

  • West of Lake Avenue: Trucks will travel along Woodbury Road to Arroyo Boulevard, connecting to the I-210 freeway via designated on/off ramps.
  • Between Lake Avenue and Eaton Canyon Golf Course: Vehicles will follow New York Drive to Sierra Madre Villa Avenue, then proceed to Rosemead Boulevard before merging onto I-210.
  • East of Eaton Canyon Golf Course: Debris-hauling trucks will use Michillinda Avenue to access the I-210 freeway.

Trucks transporting debris from fire-affected areas will first navigate local streets before merging onto the designated haul routes leading to the freeway.

Due to the expected increase in truck traffic, traffic signal timing will be adjusted to help manage the flow. Residents are encouraged to remain patient and exercise caution when driving in affected areas. This debris removal effort is a vital step in Pasadena’s recovery and rebuilding process.
