ADAM LEVINE, JASON EVANS NAMED AMONG DAILY TRANSCRIPT’S TOP 40 UNDER 40

CaseyGerry Attorneys Recognized as Top Young Professionals in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (April 19, 2017) — CaseyGerry attorneys Adam B. Levine and Jason C. Evans have been lauded as among San Diego’s top “40 under 40” professionals by The Daily Transcript.

According to The Transcript, a leading San Diego business publication, the special supplement — published April 19 — showcases the young talented professionals driving San Diego’s success stories. Editors and reporters considered emerging talent in law, construction, real estate and the public sector to find 40 professionals whose skills, integrity and leadership embody the very best the region has to offer.

Both Evans and Levine are members of CaseyGerry’s complex litigation team, concentrating on product and premises liability, serious personal injury, class action and aviation cases.

During his six-year tenure with CaseyGerry, Evans has prosecuted many multi-million dollar cases including complex, high-stakes personal injury and products liability litigation involving serious and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury. His broad experience involves both State and Federal Courts throughout California and nationwide. Additionally, he has handled complex class action litigation representing consumers against various corporate and financial institutions including Apple, Sony, Target, Chase Bank, Bank of America and American Express and has additional experience in whistleblower qui tam, data breach, consumer products, and antitrust class actions. He also represented victims of the 2011 Reno Air Show disaster and the 2013 Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco Airport (SFO).

He holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Prior to taking on his current role, Levine worked with CaseyGerry as a law clerk for two years, following a position as a federal judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez. In addition, he worked at Levine & Miller – the law firm of his late father, revered San Diego trial lawyer Harvey R. Levine. He previously worked in the field of architecture for eleven years, during which time he became a licensed architect in California. This extensive experience within the design and construction industries makes Adam uniquely qualified for litigation involving product defects, premises liability, and construction-related injuries.

Levine holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law; a Masters of Architecture/Real Estate Development from Woodbury University and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.

Both Levine and Evans recently completed Private Pilot Ground School education to further their abilities in aviation litigation.
