Adam is a partner at CaseyGerry where he is a key member of the serious personal injury team.  He is passionate about helping people and aggressively advocates for those who have been seriously injured or lost a loved one because of another’s misconduct or negligence.  He has extensive experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts and specializes in cases involving government claims, product defects, premises liability, and auto crashes.  He has secured numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients.  In 2022 alone, he recovered more than $25 million for his clients.

Adam’s experience includes representing Tony Gwynn’s family in their wrongful death cases against Big Tobacco, representing the family of a Navy Seal after his parachute opened inside an airplane and he was killed, a motorcyclist who lost his leg and use of an arm in a case against the United States of America, and a world class athlete who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury at Camp Pendleton.

Adam is on the executive board of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and has served in leadership roles within the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the North County Bar Association.

His passion for representing his clients and maximizing the value of their claims has been recognized within the legal community.  He has been selected as a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2017, and as one of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch each year since 2021.  He was awarded the North County Bar Association’s Rising Star award in 2018 and was named to the top 40 Under 40 by The Daily Transcript and San Diego Metro Magazine.  Adam graduated at the top of his law school class and worked as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez (Ret.) before joining CaseyGerry.  He is also a licensed architect.
