Samantha is an associate attorney at CaseyGerry where she works with the Personal Injury team. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development and Africana Studies from Tulane University.
Prior to joining CaseyGerry, Samantha worked as a law clerk with the U.S. State Department Office of the Assistant Legal Advisor where she wrote legal briefs as part of the U.S. submissions to the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal, conducted legal research, wrote memoranda on Investor State Dispute Settlements and Bilateral Investment issues, and more. Samantha has also clerked for EarthRights International, a global organization dedicated to protecting people’s rights, and the Torture Abolition Survivor Support Coalition. In addition, she was an intern and volunteer translator for Casa Cornelia Law Center, and provided Pro Bono services along with a team of attorneys and other students for Georgetown Law’s chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project, working to complete UN submissions on behalf of transgender youth from the Middle East.
Samantha is a native of San Diego. She is fluent in French and Spanish and enjoys spending time with her dogs and doing yoga.
