CASEY GERRY ATTORNEYS LISTED AMONG SAN DIEGO MAGAZINE’S “BEST LAWYERS” FOR 2009

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Three Casey Gerry partners — David S. Casey, Jr., Robert J. Francavilla and Frederick Schenk — are listed in San Diego Magazine’s “Best Lawyers for 2009,” an annual compilation of the City’s top legal professionals which appears in the April, 2009 issue.

Lawyers were selected for inclusion based on an exhaustive peer-review process. The list is culled from the 2009 edition of Best Lawyers in America, a prestigious annual referral guide which includes nearly 30,000 attorneys in 78 specialties and covers all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

All three are accomplished attorneys with decades of experience in various aspects of consumer law and extensive involvement in local and national trial bar associations.  Casey is listed under the personal injury litigation section,  Francavilla under products liability and Schenk, under mass tort litigation.
