David S. Casey III
David Casey III is a third-generation attorney, following in the footsteps of his father, current Managing Partner, David Casey, Jr., and his grandfather, David Casey, Sr. Complimenting a legacy of love for justice, David’s unwavering passion for his clients triumph is a leading example for a new generation of lawyers. David focuses his practice on personal injury and complex litigation, and has been instrumental in securing notable verdicts for his clients.

Samantha Kaplan
Associate Attorney Samantha Kaplan works extensively with the personal injury team. She regularly works with Managing Partner David S. Casey Jr. on complex wrongful death cases, applying her knowledge and compassion to getting the best results for her clients.
She also works with partner and head of the appellate practice, Jeremy K. Robinson, on motions in several class action cases.
Samantha is committed to civil rights and the protection of all. During her time in law school, she clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Berg and with the U.S. Department Office of the Assistant Legal Advisor. She worked for EarthRights International, and for the Torture Abolition Survivor Support Coalition, an organization dedicated to helping torture survivors apply for asylum.

Alyshia K. Lord
The newest member of the CaseyGerry legal team is Associate Attorney Alyshia K. Lord. Alyshia has spent her legal career in plaintiff law advocating for those who have been harmed by the actions of others. She has represented those impacted by sexual abuse, premises injuries, auto accidents, and more. Alyshia joined the firm at the beginning of the year, coming from the prestigious Gomez Trial Attorneys, where she managed a substantial caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collision cases. Her commitment to seeking justice has distinguished her as an attorney who approaches her work holistically, drawing from her experience in litigation to relentlessly pursue optimal outcomes for clients.
