Kelly Wacker is an associate attorney at Casey Gerry Francavilla Blatt LLP where she works on the Personal Injury Team. Before joining as an associate, Kelly worked at the firm for over a year as a law clerk.
Kelly received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Civil Litigation from the University of San Diego School of Law. While at USD, Kelly externed for the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the Southern District. She received CALI Awards in International Business Transactions and Gender Discrimination and received a certificate in Mediation Skills. Kelly was also a student participant in the annual Class Action Law Forum and her summary on Consumer Class Actions was published.
Prior to law school, Kelly graduated cum laude from Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Russian Literature and was part of the Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences Honors Program. She also gained valuable experience working at a medical malpractice defense firm.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys tennis, running, playing classical piano, seeing live music, and spending time with her family in San Diego.
