Panel Examines Future of Football

Our managing partner David S. Casey, Jr. recently joined a panel of experts to talk about what the future of football and the mounting controversy related to head injuries and potential brain damage.

The event, sponsored by Voice of San Diego, also featured Jim Laslavic, a sports anchor for NBC San Diego and a retired pro football player; Howard Taras, a professor and pediatrician at the UCSD who’s also an adviser to school districts and Roger Black, executive director of the California Interscholastic Federation.
