Daniel Turek

Associate Attorney

Daniel Turek is an associate attorney at CaseyGerry where he works with the personal injury team. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor degree from the California Western School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Before joining CaseyGerry, Daniel was an attorney with Arendsen Braddock LLP, where he worked on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and employment discrimination cases. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Rodriguez & Associates in Bakersfield, California, where he worked on personal injury, wrongful death, industrial, trucking, premises liability, and sex abuse cases. Mr. Turek is passionate about representing individuals–not corporations or the government—who have been injured and is proud to do so in his hometown.

Before law school, Daniel had the opportunity to intern during a graduate program at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College in beautiful Wyoming. This experience was the genesis of his passion for trial law and advocacy for individuals. During law school at California Western, Mr. Turek received an Academic Achievement Award in Evidence Advocacy and participated on multiple mock trial teams.

When not in the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his significant other, cooking for her, and rooting for the San Diego Padres.
