About Meagan

In practice, she heavily participates in all aspects of litigation from client intake meetings to trial. Her work with CaseyGerry is extensive, including catastrophic personal injury cases that involve severe burns, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and permanent disabilities. She regularly handles matters in the areas personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and elder abuse.

Previously, she worked as a law clerk at Schonfeld & Bertsche, LLP, and Webb & Bordson, APC., both firms in San Diego.

Meagan grew up in North Muskegon, Michigan and attended the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida where she earned her Psychology degree. She relocated to San Diego and graduated from California Western School of Law, cum laude.

During law school, she actively participated in moot court competitions, was a trial team competitor, and was awarded the Distinguished Advocate Award.
