CaseyGerry files wrongful death lawsuit against Los Angeles

CaseyGerry has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Erik Denton, the father of three young children who were allegedly killed by their mother last year. The suit was brought against the county and city of Los Angeles for allegedly failing to protect the children.
