Casey Gerry Partner Frederick Schenk Elected To American Board Of Trial Advocates

SAN DIEGO, Calif…Feb. 25,2010…Frederick Schenk — a partner at Casey Gerry Schenk Francavilla Blatt &Penfield — has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA),a prestigious organization comprised of the country’s leading judges and plaintiffand defense trial counsel.

According to the firm’s senior partner David S. A resident of San Diego’s Carmel Valley neighborhood, Schenk has been anattorney with Casey Gerry since 1983. He earned his J.D. from the University ofSan Diego and his Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA.
