Multi-Million Dollar Settlement Achieved for Truck Driver

Injuries shown to be result of defendents actions.

Following the tragic injury of a truck driver during a cement pour at San Diego Mesa College, CaseyGerry partners Frederick Schenk and Robert J. Francavilla successfully achieved a nearly $3 million settlement.

The plaintiff sustained severe pelvic and leg injuries after the trench placed behind a truck slipped and the vehicle turned on its side. “The truck slipped into a four-foot deep hole, which we claim resulted due to improperly placed trench plates,” Schenk explained. ” Schenk and Francavilla were able to show that the plaintiff’s injuries were the result of the defendants’ actions, with their client receiving compensation for past and future wages, medical bills, and pain and suffering.”

Settlement: $3 Million
