Dominion National a dental and vision insurance provider suffered a major data breach which first began in August of 2010. A hacker was able to avoid detection and stay inside their systems until April 24, 2019 when their presence was discovered.

Quest Diagnostics is reporting that their payment processing service AMCA suffered a data breach. Quest believes that this has affected 11.9 million customers.
MACY’S WEBSITE DATA BREACH
Macy’s online shoppers may have been victims of a data breach which likely occurred between October 7, 2019 and October 15, 2019.

CADILLAC “CUE” SYSTEM DELAMINATION INVESTIGATION
Consumers have been reporting a potential defect in the Cadillac’s infotainment system called “CUE”. The CUE displays are delaminating and becoming non-functional. The problems seem to be exacerbated by hotter temperatures. Many of these displays are breaking after the warranty has lapsed and the only fix appears to be replacing the system.
